So, until Bigpond and our email program sort out their differences, you’ll need to follow these steps to get KLR emails back in your inbox:
1. Go to Telstra online and log in to the back end of your webmail - look in JUNK folder.
2. Once you are looking at your inbox, click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
3. Select ‘Mail’ in the column menu on the left-hand side of your screen
4. Select ‘Safe Senders’ from the options that drop down below ‘Mail’ in the left-hand column menu
5. In the field to the left of ‘Add email address’, type in ‘23157@ontramail.com’ and click ‘+ Add’ which is beside the field you entered the email address into.
